Ray brings over 30 years of hands-on experience and industry-tested success. In addition to his work as a successful real estate investor and broker/manager, his abilities are supported by a broad business background. His real estate investment and development experience began in Hilton Head, SC as a Broker for ClubCorp of America, later progressing to an elevated position with the Ritz Carlton Club in Jupiter, FL. From 2008 to 2020, Ray was the Broker/Owner of the Engel & Völkers franchise in South Tampa, where he helped the office achieve coveted recognition as “#1 Top Workplace” from the Tampa Bay Times and “Best of Zillow” as a Premier Broker.
Ray has completed post-graduate work toward dual master’s degrees, is a proud father of three, and an alumnus of Arizona State University, where he attended on a full football scholarship as a quarterback. His professional licenses and certifications include Florida Real Estate Broker and Private Pilot License.
